sexual_suggest is block when the relevant sexual-safety value reaches the configured text or visual threshold.

Successful response

Field	Meaning
sexual_suggest	The sexual-safety decision: `allow` or `block`. Text, image, and video block when the relevant sexual-safety value reaches the configured threshold.
labels	All returned model labels. Text uses `value`; visual uses `score`, and video can include `time`.
string_matches	Detected text matches, when available, with their type and character indexes.
billing	Credits charged and whether the response was returned from an idempotent replay.

Error response

All error responses use { error: { code, message, request_id, param } }. They do not include sexual_suggest or labels.

HTTP	Code	When it occurs
429	MODERATION_DAILY_LIMIT	The daily moderation limit is exhausted. The request is not sent for review and no Credits are charged.
502	MODEL_ERROR	The moderation model returned an unsuccessful, malformed, incomplete, or unparseable result. Any charge made for this request is released.
503	MODEL_UNAVAILABLE	The moderation model could not be reached or did not respond before the timeout. Any charge made for this request is released.

Text labels

Text values use ordinal severity scores.

Label	Range	Meaning
sexual	0–3	0 is benign. 1 covers contextual or mild sexual references. 2 indicates sexual intent, nudity, lingerie, or other clearly sexual context. 3 indicates explicit sexual activity, genitalia, or graphic sexual content.
hate	0–3	Severity of hostile, discriminatory, demeaning, or hateful language directed at a protected group or person.
violence	0–3	Severity of violent intent, threats, instructions, depictions of injury, or graphic harm.
bullying	0–3	Severity of targeted harassment, intimidation, insults, humiliation, or abusive conduct toward a person or group.
drugs	0–3	Severity of drug-related language, including controlled substances, recreational use, or instructions that facilitate use.
child_exploitation	0 or 3	Signals sexual exploitation, grooming, or sexualized content involving a minor. A positive result is emitted at the highest severity.
self_harm	0 or 3	Signals promotion, planning, instruction, encouragement, or depiction of self-harm or suicide. A positive result is emitted at the highest severity.
spam / promotions / redirection	0 or 3	Signals unsolicited promotion, deceptive offers, repetitive spam, or attempts to redirect a person to another destination.

Visual labels

Image and video values are confidence scores from 0 to 1. Video labels may include a frame timestamp; labels prefixed with no_ are negative classes.

NSFW and sexual

Label	Meaning
general_nsfw	Nudity, genitalia, bare buttocks, sex acts, sexual objects, or strongly implied explicit sexual imagery; also applies to relevant drawings and diagrams.
general_suggestive	Non-explicit but sexually suggestive imagery, such as underwear, swimwear, shirtless men, covered intimate areas, tongue kissing, or sexual touching over clothing.
general_not_nsfw_not_suggestive	No explicit or suggestive sexual imagery; this is the negative class for the umbrella NSFW head.
yes_realistic_nsfw	Photographic or photorealistic non-artistic nudity or sexual activity; separates it from classical art, sculptures, and educational diagrams.
yes_sexual_activity	Intercourse, masturbation, oral sex, genital touching, sexual-fluid imagery, or sex-toy use.
yes_sexual_intent	Sexualized posing or intent without necessarily depicting an explicit sex act.
yes_female_nudity	Female nudity.
yes_male_nudity	Male nudity.
yes_genitals	Visible genitalia.
yes_breast	Visible breasts.
yes_butt	Visible buttocks.
yes_sex_toy	Sex toy.

culinary_knife_in_hand	Knife or blade held or used for food preparation, eating, butchery, or agricultural harvesting.

Drugs and controlled substances

yes_pills	Clearly visible loose, stored, crushed, or snorted pills, powders, or crystalline drugs.
yes_smoking	Tobacco, marijuana, vapes, joints, bongs, hookahs, grinders, or related smoking paraphernalia.
illicit_injectables	Needles or syringes with contextual signs of non-medical/recreational use, such as makeshift tourniquets or drug paraphernalia.
medical_injectables	Needles or injections in a medical/veterinary context, or with no indicators of illicit use.
yes_marijuana	Clearly visible cannabis, plants, joints, marijuana paraphernalia, edibles, or cannabis graphics.

yes_terrorist	Symbols, insignia, flags, uniforms, propaganda, or imagery identifying a terrorist organization or act.

Self-harm and child safety

Label	Meaning
hanging	A person being hanged, an attempted hanging, or an apparent hanging-related death; excludes an empty noose without a person.
noose	A noose, gallows rope, or hanging loop visible without a person being hanged.
yes_self_harm	Visible self-inflicted injury, self-harm behavior, suicide attempt, or materials presented in a self-harm context.
yes_emaciated_body	A severely underweight or emaciated human body, where ribs, bones, or extreme thinness are visibly prominent.
yes_child_present	A child or apparent minor is visible; this is an attribute label and does not alone indicate exploitative content.

Attributes and embedded content

Label	Meaning
text	Readable printed, handwritten, or digital text appears anywhere in the media, including signs, documents, captions, or screens.
yes_overlay_text	Text has been overlaid onto the image or video as a title, caption, subtitle, watermark, meme text, or graphic treatment.
animated	The media is fully animated, illustrated, rendered, or game-like rather than a natural photograph or video.
hybrid	The media combines animated or illustrated elements with natural photographic or video elements.
natural	The media is primarily a natural photograph or live-action video rather than an illustration or animation.
yes_drawing	A drawing, sketch, painting, cartoon, or other hand-made/illustrated visual is present.
yes_qr_code	A machine-readable QR code is visible, including partial or stylized QR codes.
yes_religious_icon	A recognizable religious symbol, icon, object, or place of worship is visible.
yes_gambling	Gambling activity, betting interfaces, casino games, lottery materials, cards, slots, or other gambling-related imagery is visible.

Animal sexual content

Label	Meaning
animal_genitalia_and_human	Animal genitalia is visible together with a human in the same image or frame; use for potential human-animal sexual-content context.
