Refund and Fraud Policy

REFUND AND FRAUD POLICY

This policy applies to credit purchases and account use on Artany API, operated by SEEK AONVAST LTD.

1. Credit Purchases

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Credits purchased through the Site expire 365 days from the date of purchase.

2. Consumed Credits

Credits used for completed API requests or other Services are not refundable, including where Output Content does not meet your expectations.

If an asynchronous request fails and frozen credits were not restored to your account due to a Service error, contact us using the contact details in our Terms of Service, Section 19 (https://api.artany.ai/legal/terms-of-service) with your request_id. We will investigate and restore credits to your balance where appropriate. This is not a cash refund.

3. Chargebacks and Fraud

Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

We may investigate suspicious activity, including unusual API usage, payment fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Consumer Rights
